I'd add one more. A lot of young bloggers these days blog only for money. Their blog is full of make money online crap with loads and loads of adsense and other ads. In my opinion, that is the sure shot way NOT to make money. To make money, you need to provide the readers with value and you need to be passionate about what you're doing.
